You've most definitely seen the beautiful pastries and cheeky neon sign (that reads "I got baked in Los Angeles") of Aaron Caddel's biz on your Insta feed. The 25-year-old founder of cult-favorite Mr. Holmes Bakehouse in L.A. and San Francisco, however, has a backstory that's even more amazing than his treats. At 19, he was diagnosed with a brain tumor and decided to really start living - leading him to what would become a booming baking empire. Thankfully he's now tumor free, and still just as inspiring (and adorbs) as ever. He's technically on the business side of things, but we have to give him credit for knowing his carbs.
