Whenever Chef Andrew Carmellini is involved, you know it's going to be good. Suffice to say that Leuca, the sunken restaurant inside The William Vale hotel, lives up to expectations. Though the rustic menu makes it a favorite for dinner, we can't resist an indulgent Italian take on brunch. Duck egg and bacon pizza, anyone?
