No wonder the restaurant holds a Bikini Brunch every summer Saturday; LAVO means "to bathe" in Italian. The original Las Vegas location was designed as a Turkish bath house, but strategic decisions altered the Italian eatery to become more Mediterranean. Regardless of the origin, we dream of showering in its Oreo Zeppole milkshake.
