Not only is the name of this Modern Mexican Taqueria and Tequila Bar a riff on the phrase "to the victor goes the spoils," but it's actually named after a farmer and his dog. Restaurant Chef John Keller and Mixologist Steve Olson went on a research excursion to South America before the eatery opened. They came across a farmer, Viktor, who had a dog named Spoils.
