Located just steps away from the Plaza Hotel, Beautique was rated the best new restaurant in NYC, and it just may be the best place to spend Valentine's Day with your love. Their menu is extra "cheesy" this year, with Black Truffle Mac & Cheese fried into the shape of a heart. Realistically speaking, Black Truffle Mac & Cheese balls are acceptable in any shape or form, but this certainly doesn't hurt.
