This popular Nolita eatery serves up deliciously fresh, in-house made pasta. With the option to create your own pasta or try one of their specialities, the choices are endless. They also recently expanded to an additional Greenwich Village location, so getting your pasta fix is that much easier. Just in case you needed another reason to check this place out, they have a pasta lab where you can arrange to DIY your dish. I don’t know about you, but I’m certainly sold.
