CO-OP Food & Drink, a new restaurant by Guerrilla Culinary Brigade, will be throwing a preview party on Wednesday evening at 9pm to celebrate the restaurant's opening! The party will be hosted by Tara Subkoff with music by Paul Sevigny, along with Francesco Civetta and DJ Elle Dee.
CO-OP is a modern American brasserie and sushi bar serving globally inspired cuisine that is locally sourced and meant to be shared. The soul of the restaurant is SHARING. By that we mean, sharing our authentic passion for food, drinks, hospitality, life, and the aspirations of the surrounding community. CO-OP will pair high quality interpretations of modern American cuisine with an extensive selection of sushi, sashimi, and other raw items overseen by executive Chef John Keller (Nobu, Le Bernardin) and sushi chef Steven “Neo” Wong (Sushi of Gari, Megu, Sushi Hana). The drinks at CO-OP are created by Master Mixologist, Julio Torres (Le Cirque, Alain Ducasse, Balthazar) and the wine program features solely American wines as a reflection of our locally sourced and sustainable philosophy.
