The Next Step Realty and Cisco Brewers (ACK) have teamed up to welcome recent graduates from the Class of 2011 to Manhattan at an exclusive invite-only TriBeCa rooftop party. Next Step, a real estate site exclusively for college grads, has assisted nearly 3,000 grads from the U.S & Europe's top universities as they look for their first home in NYC. The elite niche of up-and-coming YUP's will be lucky beneficiaries of beverages provided by Nantucket's Cisco Brewery. The location is undisclosed, but the event is set to be held on Thursday July 14th in the early evening and have a strict guest list of roughly 400 well-to-do grads including a few VIPs. A surprise musical guest has agreed to perform two of his songs live at the event as a personal favor to Next Step Co-Founder Blair Brandt.
