About Make-A-Wish®: The mission of Make-A-Wish is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. The Metro New York and Western New York chapter serves a total of 23 counties in New York State, including the five boroughs of New York City.
