According to
TMZ, Lisa Robin Kelly, star of "That 70s Show," was arrested "for the millionth time." In this most recent instance, Kelly was pulled over based on police suspicion of drinking (or doing drugs) while driving.
The police responded to a 911 call at 11:30pm saying that a car was parked on the 5 freeway completely blocking one lane of traffic.
This later lead to Kelly completely failing a field sobriety test followed by a trip to the police station and some new mugshots to add to her collection.
