We are happy to report that our friends from The Smile, Matt Kliegman and Carlos Quirarte, along with their chef, Melina Marden will be collaborating with executive chef Brian Loiacono over at Ruschmeyer's in Montauk this summer. What does this mean for the restaurant out East? Well, Matt and Carlos are responsible for running some of the hottest spots in Downtown Manhattan, including The Jane Hotel and The Westway, and this summer, they'll be taking their loads of followers to the Hamptons.
