Spiked Hot Chocolate
What You'll Need:
4 oz. tequila
2 oz. peppermint schnapps
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
3 cups whole milk
4 oz. chocolate chips (milk or dark)
Pinch of salt
Whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish
In a saucepan on medium heat, stir in cocoa with sugar and a pinch of salt. Then, add milk and chocolate chips stirring often until chocolate is melted and mixture is hot. Gently whisk to blend together. Add the tequila and schnapps, serve into cups and add whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish.
