It is true, "bad habits die hard" but with an entire new year ahead of you, you have no reason not to start working at them. Maybe you bite your nails when you're nervous or watch a little more reality TV than is healthy for you, whatever it may be there is always a way to stop. Though only you know what works for you, so we suggest you start now and who knows, maybe that bad habit will be long gone by next year!
