Starbucks is around 400 calories. Yikes, 400 calories for a few minutes of frozen heaven. To satisfy your craving, try this frozen mochaccino from
Eating Well. This version uses cocoa powder, maple syrup for sweetness, low-fat milk and a fraction of the calories.
What You Need:
1 cup double-strength brewed coffee or espresso
1 cup low-fat milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened natural cocoa powder
2-3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 ice cubes
