Chimay Soaked Chops Stuffed with Chimay Stuffing Ingredients 1 bottle Chimay Grande Réserve 2 pork chops 1 package Stove Top brand stuffing Directions 1. Clean boneless pork-chop and cut a thin but deep slit (not all the way) of the chop. Like a pocket. Place in enough beer to cover and let marinade for 1 hour. 2. Make the stuffing according to stove top directions but replace water with belgian beer. 3. Stuff the stuffing into the pocket of the pork chop. 4. Pour any left over beer into the pocket. 5. Skewer the pocket closed with toothpicks and grill Enjoy.
