And for Dessert: Beer-Sorbet Fruit Cup Ingreditents 1 to 2 bottle(s) of a high-carbonation fruit flavored beer (Lindeman's Framboise, Peche, or Kriek; or Melbourn Bros. Strawberry or Apricot) 1 scoop fruit sherbet/sorbet per person Assorted fruits/berries (starawberries, raspberries, kiwi, blackberries, blueberries) Directions Scoop out a scoop or two of sherbet  and top it with the berries and fruit. Pour (to your taste) your fruit beer over the top of it. Then serve.
