Turns out January wasn't the only one thinking of classic men's tailoring when deciding what to wear on the red carpet. Lake chose to don an equally daring jumpsuit of her own, this one by Lanvin. She cinched the black number with a pearlescent 'Azov' belt while adding a crystal ear cuff and python clutch to toughen up the look (but only a bit, as was proven by her spindly Gianvito Rossi sandals).
