Iconic New York chef David Bouley teamed up with Yoshiki Tsuji for his latest venture, Brushstroke. They've created a space reminiscent of a Shinto shrine. The head chef, Isao Yamada, is young and talented, known for expertise in the Japanese school of cooking knows as kaiseki. In the main dining room, guests can chose the kaiseki-influenced tasting menu (eight courses for $85 or ten for $135). They also have a nice selection of sushi available à la carte.
