Sasha Lazard's Show at the Standard

American classical crossover singer Sasha Lazard crooned for the Top of The Standard last night. As she studied opera in school, her electronica songs often come laced with elements of the operatic and classical elements. Her song  "Awakening" was inspired by Rachmaninoff. And the crowd last night ate it up.

Diddy party planner Bronson van Wyck was in attendance.

Even Andre Balazs showed up for the gig.

And he listened intently.

Chelsea Handler (his reported new main squeeze) was in attendance, not to mention Cameron Diaz; however, he seemed most rapt by Lazard's performance.
