Restaurant and nightclub owners Carlos Quirarte and Matt Kliegman co-own The Smile, a restaurant and downtown hangout in New York City. They also run the kitchen at Ruschmeyer's in Montauk, and Kliegman co-owns the Black Seed bagel shop.
