You Should Know: Salad For President's Julia Sherman
Julia Sherman is an artist, photographer, and the founder of Salad For President, a blog highlighting the best salad recipes and images as well as interviews, photography, and videography. Plus! She runs the grooviest garden in town - on top of MOMA PS1! When Guest of a Guest caught up with Julia earlier in July, she told us all about growing produce in NYC as well as her garden at MOMA PS1. Julia explained that her MOMA garden functions as a "space for museum workers to take a break and eat...a destination for visitors, it is a resource for the blog and an excuse to meet and eat with some of the best artists in New York." More recently, Julia showed her project The Girls at Reverse Gallery in Williamsburg. For more on Julia, be sure to check out her recipes and articles on Salad For President, and continue reading here for more reasons to know her!
