10. Charlie Sheen, Dustin Diamond, and Ron Jeremy Crash The Gathering of the Juggalos
Abracadabra, boom shaka day, Violent J and his Insane Clown Posse were back like a vertebrae at their annual, three-day music festival known as the Gathering of the Juggalos. Fans painted their faces and drank Faygo while watching the band and other musicians like MC Hammer. Adding um, star power, to the Gathering of the Juggalos was Ron Jeremy, Dustin Diamond, and the one and only, Charlie Sheen (and yes, he got pelted with things). This one wins the World's Sloppiest Festival Award. America at it's finest.
