Another hotspot which opened up just in time for fashion week was Pulqueria operated by Christopher and Heather Tierney the duo behind Apothoke.
Guests who have partied at the venue include Daphne Guinness, Derek Blasberg, Kate Lanphear and more. Most recently they hosted Lovecat Magazine's holiday party.

Another hotspot which opened up just in time for fashion week was Pulqueria operated by Christopher and Heather Tierney the duo behind Apothoke.

In our interview with the owners, the brother-sister duo says:
"We like to think we've taken the traditions of Mexico and packaged them to offer a sophisticated NYC restaurant experience that maintains the festive roots of Mexican Culture. When we visited some authentic pulquerias in Mexico City, we had no idea how divey they were going to be. The pulquerias in the safer and cleaner parts of the city are more festive and colorful. Really it's the vibrancy of the people and colors around the markets in Mexico that inspired the design."
