Mia Hamm
Mia HammMia Hamm was one of America's best soccer players, she was inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame the very first year she was eligible, and Nike named the largest building on their corporate campus after her in 1999. She played with the United States women's national team for 3 Olympic games- winning two golds and one silver. The team won gold in 1996, and 2004 and silver in 2000. As a result of her great success, Hamm landed several commercials and endorsements with Gatorade, and even Barbie (perhaps a nod to her twin daughters, Ava and Grace)! [Photo via]
