The Sidecar

The Sidecar
The citrus-tinged Sidecar is another cocktail that's said to have been created during WWI, though there is some controversy surrounding its precise origins. While the Ritz Hotel in Paris claims to have introduced it, some stories credit a British inventor while others attribute it to an American army captain in Paris. Nevertheless, it rose to fame at Harry's Bar in Paris and remains a refreshing classic.
