With Couture Week in full swing in Paris, one would naturally expect to spot plenty of A-listers lining the front row at all of the buzziest designer shows. But leave it to Demna Gvasalia to take that star power to fabulous new heights.
To present his second couture collection for legendary label Balenciaga, the designer tapped quite a few of his famous friends to strut down the runway and give his fashionable guests a seriously social media-worthy surprise.
In addition to seasoned supermodels Naomi Campbell and Bella Hadid, celebrities including Demna stan Kim Kardashian, Nicole Kidman, Dua Lipa, and Selling Sunset's Christine Quinn took turns on the catwalk, as their friends, family, and fellow VIPs, like Keith Urban, Kris Jenner, Emily Ratajkowski, Tracee Ellis Ross, and Alexa Demie, looked on from their seats.
And while the appearance of famous faces surely caused a stir, they somehow managed not to steal the spotlight from the stunning pieces themselves. Now that's a testament to good design.
