Hotel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel (Paris)
Looking out at Paris's expansive Place de La Concorde, Hotel de Crillon is exceedingly fancy. Among many others, one of the best parts is the Karl Lagerfeld Suites, designed by the eponymous late fashion icon: marble bathrooms, sumptuous crystal chandeliers, handmade velvet sofas, carved millwork, and artwork dedicated to his pet cat Choupette, pack each accommodation.
