Someone I know who lives in this building once texted me: “omg I’m so glad I live in a spa.” While 20 Pine is not technically a spa, this Armani designed building located in NY’s Financial District has a spa luxurious enough to make you forget that you’re only a few floors from your apartment. Exhale Spa provides building residents with massages, manicures/pedicures, facials and other services in the basement of 20 Pine. The basement fun doesn’t end with the spa, though. 20 Pine is home to a subterranean wonderland, complete with a gym, billiards room, poker tables, Turkish sauna, simulated golf range, and (in what is perhaps the most useful apartment amenity of all-time) an underground passage to the 2, 3, 4, 5, M, and J trains. Snowstorms? Hurricanes? No problem! Just take the underground tunnel to the subway!
