Dorsey is notoriously into his health... to, like, a bizarre degree. But hey, the chicks clearly dig his bod. In addition to eating once a day, starting his mornings with ice baths, and working out for seven minute intervals, he basically starves himself on the weekend.
From Friday evenings to Sunday evenings, he likes to do "extended fasts," during which he only consumes water. On a recent podcast with Ben Greenfield Fitness, he said, "The first time I did it, like day three, I felt like I was hallucinating. It was a weird state to be in. But as I did it the next two times, it just became so apparent to me how much of our days are centered around meals and how - the experience I had was when I was fasting for much longer, how time really slowed down."
