You Should Know: Aaron London

The former executive chef of Napa’s Ubumtu, Aaron London recently opened his first restaurant, AL’s Place, with a “reverse steakhouse” vegetable focused menu, in the Mission. Named as Bon Appetit's Best New Restaurant of 2015, AL's Place has been a true labor of love for Chef London - who worked tirelessly at not only constructing a perfectly appetizing menu, yet in constructing the space as well. Obviously, a job well done.
