When one thinks Utah, culinary excellence isn't exactly the first thing that comes to mind, however when Sundance hits the sleepy town of SLC everyone steps up their game and you can't walk a block without hitting a pop-up restaurant, or celebrity for that matter. Chef Gavin Baker is bringing his restaurant project Mist back to the film festival this year.  For $150 (wine not included), you can enjoy The Mist Experience, a staggering 15 course journey of edible chemistry and art, featuring liquid nitrogen, Dippin' Dots, and pork lollipops (not all together, of course).
