Users customize the app by building a profile of their favorite brands, so that the in-store experts understand their personal style. After considering the customer's personal style along with their inquiry, they reply with snapshots of what matches and is available in store. The last, and best part? Customers can purchase the final product over the app, with free shipping and free returns (even through boutiques that typically don't offer it).
