InStyle Hairstyle Try-On
Easily one of my go-to apps for hairstyle inspiration. (Here I am trying on Miley Cyrus, Jessica Stroup, and Olivia Wilde's hair!) This app examines your face shape and recommends a cut that will enhance your features. It also allows you to upload a picture to try on the looks you've been coveting. Best part? The app is free.
Our tips: 1. Make sure you are angling your face toward the camera. If you upload a picture of your face tilted the app will not take a proper read of your actual face shape. 2. Pull your hair back in your photo, so as not to see it outside the look you're trying on.
