Proactive Sleep Alarm Clock is not your normal alarm clock. The app first requires you to set a sleep goal- say 7 or 8 hours- and then sets an alarm for you at the time you should wake up. In order to track your habits and behaviors and how they affect your sleep, you can enter in factors such as alcohol, caffeine, and nicotine use, as well and diet, productivity, mood, and exercise. The app then takes all of this into consideration when setting a sleep goal for you, helping you get the most rest possible!
