Instaprint: Wireless Instant Photo Booth
Photo booths are a thing of the past now, as more Instaprint wall hangings start popping up at events. Instaprint is a small photo box that prints out Instagram photos at events based on their specific hashtag.
The photo box uses Wi-Fi to print photos as they are posted on Instagram, allowing guests to walk away with a nice keepsake from the event.
For now, the novelty photo box can only be rented and costs upwards of $5,000. The creators are working on bringing the Instaprint to consumers by redesigning the prototype into a DIY device--hopefully in time for the summer.
