Evening Drinks: Galley Beach
Since its 2008 renovation, the beloved beachside restaurant has become a late-night gathering spot, serving a delectable selection of summery drinks, from pear sage martinis to the Hemingway daiquiri, made with Bacardi, fresh lime and grapefruit. A young, tanned crowd fills the back room of Galley Beach, and by midnight the party spills onto the beach, where tiki torches and sofas line the sand.
