Hayden Panettiere
We really did not want to name a worst dressed, but Miss Panettiere's get up was so dreadful that we must call attention to it. Perhaps a showy dress like this would work for the Golden Globes, but the "omg is my dress going to fall off" illusion is really not what Washington is about. Plus, those Heidi braids and Disney Princess dress layers look a little silly. There is too much going on.
It is a shame because we like Hayden, but someone needs to clue her in on how we dress on the East Coast.
