No garment asserts elegance like a floor-length evening gown. While obviously nobody was expected to wear a ballgown to Santa Soiree, it is always a nice change of pace to see a classy lady that knows how to still look sexy without showing the world her birthday suit.

Pamella Roland frock. The dress's bold hue highlights her fair skin and platinum hair. My favorite part of the dress is its shape. Its empire cut emphasized her tiny waist, while the keyhole top and gathered bodice added an edgy, sexy twist to her look. Longer dresses get a bad wrap of being too conservative or stuffy, but Brooke's ensemble is the perfect example of how ladies can wear floor-length gowns and look hot! Her pearl earrings and metallic clutch polished off her outfit.
This is Brooke's third time on one of our best dressed lists. She was also a pick for the Jete Society Ball and Santa Soiree.
