Last night was the second annual Dar Be Dar Trunk Show at L2, which raised money for Miss Sinergy Lydia Hu's Fashion for Paws campaign. The event raised over $1,100 via door donations and Dar Be Dar swimsuit sales. Dar Be Dar was founded by Tala Raassi in 2009. She has a fascinating story that begins with her life as an oppressed teen in Iran [read our interview with her]. Today, Dar Be Dar is a luxury swimwear brand based in Washington DC.
Hair and makeup for the event were provided by Nival Salon in Spa.
