Although Etto was opened by the owners of Two Amy's, don't expect their pizza to be an imitation. They grind their own whole grain and keep their oven a little bit hotter than Two Amy's because why doing something the same when you can do it different? The restaurant is small and unassuming with an open kitchen. Hint: they do not take reservations so you may have to wait but it's worth it! Oh, and don't leave without trying the chocolate salami. Trust us!
