Known as the sophisticated "cocktail capital" this bar and restaurant near the Chinatown metro is perfect for guests who aren't exactly sure what they want upon walking in the door. Despite their high-end reputation, their minimal decor creates a casual atmosphere and the coolly hip bartenders can create any cocktail your taste buds desire.
The Passenger's popularity is huge, but their space is not. Usually crowed, it is best to head to this Penn Quarter venue early to snag a table.
