On Tuesday, April 7, The Network of South Asian Professionals (also known as NetSAP), a special business forum that facilitates events to both improve and enhance the communities, will host "Business Matchmaking for Entrepreneurs," a special panel discussion and networking event on entrepreneurship, held at the trendy Babalu restaurant and lounge in Tysons Corner, VA.
From 6:30 to 9:30 pm, innovators and entrepreneurs in the sectors of public relations, technology, nonprofit, media, and professional development industries, will take part in a networking hour with light food and beverage, followed by a panel discussion featuring innovative leaders hand-picked by the organization for their influence on area business.
The event's panelist will include: Dhru Beeharilal, CEO and Founder of Delta Learning Inc., a company dedicated to personal and professional development; Glenda Fu and Heather Mahoney, Co-Founders of Haute Haus Agency, a public relations and events firm focused on media management and targeted representation; Shahed Amanullah, CEO and Co-Founder of LaunchPosse, a DC-based startup that helps people turn entrepreneurial ideas into reality by leveraging social networks Tabitha Jean Naylor, Founder of Successful Startup 101 magazine; Navroop Mitter, CEO of ArmorText, a mobile security/mobile enterprise; Arti Patel Varanasi PhD, MPH, President and CEO of Advancing Synergy, a healthcare forum; Alezandra Russell, Founder and President of Urban Light, a nonprofit to counter child trafficking and exploitation; and Jay Chahil, founder of DesiCrush, a mobile dating and networking app.
