DC's Caribbean Carnival Attracts Avatars

Caribbean natives, descendants and lovers (and Avatars) flocked upper NW this past Saturday and Sunday for the annual Caribbean Carnival that celebrates Caribbean heritage, food, and culture.

Different groups signed up to march, strut and dance in the parade.  Live music played endlessly, food was prepared and eaten, crafts were constructed and admired, and people
