Guests mingled among the new salon, which has an outside patio and waterfall [and used to be the old Erwin Gomez Salon], while enjoying hors d'oeuvres and sangria from Puro Cafe.
Guests, including Paul Wharton, Miss City of Alexandria Amanda Jones, Ashley Gaga, Keith Lipert, Alan Popovsky, Lindsay Kin, Fletcher Gill, and Jaclyn Mason joined the guest-of-honor David Rios in the celebrations of his new beauty-based business endeavor.
