Bachelors in uniform were up for auction at the Austrian Embassy last night for Sip With Socialites' An Officer And An Auction party. The ladies, well-known in circles all over Washington, host monthly happy hours and parties benefiting the charities of their choice, and last night's event benefited GI Film Festival. The parties continue to grow, and DC sports reporter and girl-about-town Britt McHenry, Argo's Scott Elrod, and crowned beauties from various pageants were among the glittering guests.

Guests enjoyed hors d'oeuvres, open bar, insane silent auction items and music by DJ Tom from Prague. Besides the men up for auction, one of the hot topics of the night was Ashley Boalch's very recent appearance on TLC's "Say Yes To The Dress."
