From a two-night stay at the W worth $1,000, to a Rebecca Minkoff bag, to a $500 Brooks Brothers gift card, to a session with Michelle Obama's makeup artist (Carl Ray) at Salon George in the Ritz, a girl could lose valuable shopping time just deciding where to place her bets.
