Food Truck Frenzy: CapMac

    Why we like it: This is not your typical Kraft Mac n' Cheese from childhood. It has a gourmet spin to it.

    The menu: The Classic CapMac'n Cheese is made with cheddar cheese, pimento pepper and cheez-it crumbles. You can opt for the "Balls Out" version that is topped with Bolognese sauce (if you dare).  The menu also includes Chicken Parm Meatballs, Buffalo Chicken Mac, and MarcoBolo (a house-made brisket over rigatoni pasta).

    Fun Fact: There also is a catering menu where you can order a 1/2 tray that feeds 7-10 people or a full tray that feeds 15-20 people of your favorite dish. Check out the even more expansive catering menu here!
