- The Half Street Fairgrounds hosted the inaugural Capitol Groove Festival on Saturday, which showcased some rising talent in DC's music scene, like Drop Electric, Lightwaves, The Silver Liners, Redline Graffiti, and The Blackout Project. Other bands included The Weathervanes, Clones of Clones and DJ sets by Groove Merchant.
