Why: Dazzle your friends at your next get-together by bringing homemade macarons. On Bastille Day, Sur la Table will be hosting a paid baking class, with pastry chef Annie Clemmons, that will provide you with tips and tricks "for creating bakery-quality macarons at home." The different flavors that you will be exploring are mango macarons with kaffir lime cream, pistachio macarons with raspberry cream, and cassis macarons with blueberry cream.
