Why: Brainfood will host their 7th Annual Grill off Event at Union Market DC, where top chefs battle in support of local youth development nonprofit. This is a spirited cooking competition putting renowned DC chefs together with local high school students! Each team will choose from a selection of proteins and fresh produce to create a featured dish. Guests will be served each of the featured dishes and a panel of guest judges will select the winning team, which will receive the Brainfood Skillet Award In addition to exception foods. The grill will also feature complimentary draft beers from award-wining DC brewery Three Stars, and cocktails created by Buffalo & Berg mixologist, Gina Chersevani.
